If you get sick you need chicken or beef broth. If you can't make one yourself, from scratch then you can do a quick substation that will take you about 10 minutes.
Here it is...
Dice inions:
Get pan ready with Olive Oil. Medium heat and heat it up.
Put onions into the pan and start frying them up.
Peel garlic and mince it into onions inside the pan that have been cooking for a bit:
Add broth and bring back to boil. I use Organic Free Range Chicken Broth or Beef Broth, both low sodium from Pacific Foods.
Add chicken to the broth. This chicken should be already cooked. Left-overs.
Get a bowl and add one of the following. Pasta or buckwheat. These should be also, already cooked. Left-overs.
Finally, pour the hot boiling broth with chicken, onions and garlic into a bowl that contains precooked pasta or buckwheat. Add salt and spices as you like.
