Coronavirus (Covid-19) has reached a tipping point.
On a Sunday night around 1 am I walked into Wal-Mart and saw these N95 Masks sitting on the counter. The boxes seemed like they were damaged during unpacking but the masks were in perfect condition.
I will share what food to buy, what to store, what to eat and how to maintain a continuous supply of food for weeks or months to come.
Food should be split into 2 categories. Perishable and non-perishable.
Pets are family and must be prepped for as such.
You must store up on medicine, first aid essentials and supplements to keep your immune system strong.
